Pathway Forward, Inc. launched in 2021. Our purpose is the build the human, social, and physical capital of Baltimore City by:
developing partnerships with private and public entitles to deliver human services, particularly to the homeless, elderly, families, and children
foster economic revitalization
enhance educational opportunities for youth
build community capacity through civic engagement
In our community engagement approach, our intent is to develop sustained measurable outcomes. Three years in we are well underway. We listen and work with our neighbors to improve the quality of life for those of us who live, work, and worship in Baltimore City.
We want to thank our community volunteers, many of whom are legacies, who grew up and raised their families in the Poppleton Community.
